Eucalyptus trees don't lose their foliage in winter but they grow fast and so, all year round as the trunk expands, their bark is shedding to reveal a fresh, new layer beneath. At different times of year this new 'skin' can appear in many vibrant colours. The trees are a constant reminder of life expanding, bursting out of old restraints, breathing new colours and textures.
